School is scheduled to be back in session on Monday, Jan. 6. As we continue the school year and start a new calendar year, let's continue to focus on the importance of attendance to students' success. Arrive to Thrive: Attendance Matters to All of Us!

We are thankful to Educational Systems FCU and its employees for their generous donation of hats, gloves, socks and other winter items through the company's Warming Hearts and Hands initiative. The Division of Student & Family Services team of Wicomico County Public Schools (represented here by pupil personnel workers Knita Cartwright and Jacqualynn Deal) will make sure these donations are given to students and family members who need them.
Wicomico County Public Schools appreciates the generosity and compassion of our community. If your business or organization would like to support Wicomico students and families in some way, please contact us at comments@mywcps.org.

Thank you to St. Paul A. M. E. Zion Church, one of our faith based partners, for providing continental breakfast for our staff on Thursday.
