2025-2026 School Year Calendar Drafts & Survey
The Wicomico County Board of Education is seeking input on the calendar for the 2025-2026 school year for Wicomico County Public Schools.
At the February 11th Board meeting, the Board gave initial approval to two draft calendars, Draft A and Draft B. Input is now being gathered for the Board’s consideration prior to its March 11th meeting. Both drafts would start the school year after Labor Day and end on June 11, 2026. The differences between the two draft calendars are primarily in the days for the Thanksgiving break, winter break and spring break.
The two calendar drafts and links to an online survey are available below in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Stating a preference for either Draft A or Draft B is required for the survey. Other calendar comments and suggestions may also be submitted through the survey. Please respond to this calendar input survey by noon on Wednesday, March 5th.
